Meet the Chef
Meet Chef Michael Jennings! With his culinary degree from Bucks County Community College and over 30 years culinary experience. Michael has found his passion for cooking and pleasing people at a young age. He has worked in Restaurants, Country Clubs, Conference Centers, Colleges, and Off Premise Catering in Philadelphia and New York City. His most memorable experience was in 2015 when he was asked to be the chef for Pope Francis for the Worlds Meeting in Philadelphia. Now he is the Executive Chef at Delaware Valley University who finds great satisfaction with the success he has found when applying his ideas with the right execution to his dishes.
